We maintain a happy, lively and stimulating environment where pre-school children from the ages of two to five enjoy a high standard of education and care. St Catherine’s is a “full day care” facility which is open 49 weeks of the year, that also offers limited free places to parents seeking part-time / sessional places.

St Catherine’s nursery in Leyland is graded ‘Outstanding’ by  Ofsted, and is a unique daycare setting, as our nursery staff are a dedicated established long serving team, who have a wealth of knowledge, and collectively have over a hundred and fifty years’ experience.

Our nursery staff retention is excellent, therefore our nursery provides consistency for you and your child which enables strong relationships to develop, which in turn supports children to grow in confidence and self-esteem.
